Proper Site Services has been absolutely amazing to work with. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure their units are not only clean, but actually smell good, which is something you don’t always find in this industry.

As one of only two women in a construction office, I truly appreciate the extra care they put into maintenance and cleanliness. Unfortunately, a lot of companies don’t prioritize that, but Proper Site Services clearly does, and it makes a huge difference day-to-day.

On top of that, their customer service is excellent. They’re responsive, reliable, and easy to work with. Their drivers are always friendly and professional, which just adds to the overall great experience.

We’ve equipped help from Proper Sites twice for our Large Festivals and they’ve become our go-to for so many reasons. Liz is a wonderful person, and is always great to work with, detailed and doesn’t miss a beat. This last event we had the delivery drivers Angel & Alex were extremely helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. 100/10 would recommend
