1. Get a realistic headcount and event length

2. Choose the right mix of restrooms
Most events use a combination of:
- Standard portable toilets for most of your guests
- ADA-accessible units, so every guest has a restroom they can use
- Handwashing stations near the restrooms and food
- A VIP restroom trailer if you want something closer to an indoor restroom for a wedding, corporate event, or VIP area

3. Plan for accessibility
If your event is open to the public, plan on ADA-accessible restrooms at each restroom area, plus a firm, level path to reach them. 4. Pick your spots before delivery day
A little planning here saves headaches later. Look for:
- Level ground, so units sit steady
- A clear path for our truck to deliver and service the units
- A spot close enough for guests to find easily, but not right next to food service
- Some lighting nearby if your event runs past sunset
- More than one restroom area at larger events, so one spot doesn’t get all the traffic

5. Plan for warm afternoons
Spring in Arizona can feel like summer by mid-afternoon. Warm weather means guests drink more water, and that means more restroom trips.
