About Us

In 2020, co-founders Andrew Leon and Nima Faghih saw a problem: Arizona construction sites and events deserved better service than what the big national chains were delivering.

Customers were dealing with late deliveries, poor communication, and equipment that didn’t hold up. They knew there had to be a better way.

So they left their banking careers, invested in high-quality equipment, and built a team focused on one thing: taking care of customers.

Today, Proper Site Services helps construction crews stay on schedule, event planners deliver great experiences, and municipalities keep communities safe.
