At Proper Site Services, we offer comfortable and clean VIP Toilet Trailers that are suitable for your construction sites and special events.
This unit is completely self-contained, with a 200 gallon onboard fresh water tank and 750-gallon waste tank. A clean, fresh fiberglass exterior greets each guest with heavy-duty fold-up aluminum steps and rails for easy access.

Our Process
Seamless delivery & setup
You can count on a hassle-free and on-time delivery experience. We prioritize your needs and schedule to provide you with a secure temporary fencing solution.
The day of the scheduled delivery, the customer will receive a message with a delivery window. If no one is at the site, we will try to confirm placement with photos.
Our installation team arrives at the construction site with the necessary equipment and tools. We follow the pre-determined layout plan and erect the temporary fencing panels, attaching clamps and securing them with posts if needed.
At the completion of install, pictures are taken by our staff to fully document the setup around your construction site.

What does your VIP restroom trailer include?
With our acquisition of Canyon State Waste, we now have 22 VIP trailers ranging from 2-stall to 10-stall configurations. We also have 2 shower trailers and 1 ADA ramped trailer. Our 10-station Seabreeze Luxury Series trailer features a 200-gallon onboard fresh water tank and 750-gallon waste tank. The women’s suite has 5 privacy stalls, a double sink vanity with marble-look countertops, metered faucets with hot water, and a large vanity mirror. The men’s suite has 2 privacy stalls, urinals with privacy dividers, and matching vanities.
Does the VIP trailer require a water or power hookup?
Yes. Trailers need to be hooked up to an external power source, either via a generator or an adequate voltage plug. Some trailers have internal water tanks, but we typically recommend connecting to an external water source via a hose or a water tank.
What types of events are VIP restroom trailers best for?
VIP trailers are popular for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and any event where you want to give guests a more comfortable restroom experience. They’re a big step up from standard portable restrooms.
How far in advance should I book a VIP restroom trailer?
The sooner the better, especially during spring and fall event season in Arizona. We recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can lock in a trailer that fits your event size and layout.
Do you offer different trailer sizes?
Yes. We have trailers ranging from 2-stall units for smaller gatherings all the way up to 10-stall units for large events. Give us a call and we’ll help you figure out the right size based on your guest count and event duration.
